Arcade Lane Compounding Pharmacy

It would have been a tough sell to get me to go to a Pharmacy that isn't in my grocery store. My wife needed a specialty medication that had to be filled here-- now I'll be moving all of my prescriptions. This is probably what a pharmacy is supposed to be like and I just didn't know, but the Pharmacist spent so much time explaining everything, was clearly knowledgeable about the product and give me some fantastic pointers-- oh and filled my prescription in 3 minutes.

Arcade Lane pharmacy was so helpful! I had been going back and forth dealing with delays from another pharmacy. I finally decided to just call a local one and came across them online. They worked so quickly and were able to fill my compound prescription same day, even though it was late in the day! Staff was also very kind. Will definitely recommend to others!

We have been getting our cat's thyroid medication at Arcade Lane Compounding for the past couple of years. Although it's a bit out of the way from where we live, there's no other place that I'd rather go to. Their service is remarkable! Rachel is an angel, especially when there's been conflicts with our the veterinary's office. When Rachel says, "Don't worry, I'll,take care of it!" you know that she will take care of business and have your pet's medication ready. We highly recommend Arcade Lane Compounding!

I just want to share how helpful the staff at Arcade Lane has been to me. Every time I call, I am met with a friendly voice and a helpful attitude and If there’s any question at all about my prescription, they follow through until I get my answer.. From the pharmacist down to the person that answers the phone gets a five star from me!

Wow! The absolute best customer service. I was being told by another pharmacy that I couldn’t get my medicine for a week!! I needed it right away and communicated the urgency to Cathy @ Arcade Lane and she was so incredibly helpful, understanding and kind. They had my medicine ready within 2 hours and called me right away to let me know it was ready. I wish there were more places like this, they truly care about their customers. Thank you all so much!
