Earth Compounding Pharmacy

The first time I was referred to this company from my doctor was an ok experience. But when I called for my refill it has been a nightmare. They put me on hold 5 different times confusing me with another patient (privacy law issues) and when finally I thought they got my information correctly they called me back with issues. I gave them my credit card info 4 times and they kept getting wrong, forgetting to ask for my expiration date, just mistake after mistake. Almost a week later they still can't process a payment and I'm out of my prescription. I've had enough and I asked my doctor to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy.

Efficient, Fast, Friendly service. I receive refills of Ivermectin and Low Dose Naltrexone within days or within a week during holidays.

Been ordering with them for over a year and they're the absolute best. Wonderful customer service and extremely efficient.

I am truly disappointed I even have to write this review. But sadly, this compounding pharmacy gaslit not only myself — but twice my patient. The pharmacy provided a compounded substance which dangerously not once, but twice (two separate orders) went bad long before its supposed “expiration date” which ended up having horrific side effects to my patient who very much needed the medicine to be effective. If this had only happened once we could have written it off as a “bad batch” or a “bad day” for a pharmacist… but it happened twice. My patient called to graciously (and in concise detail) explain how she noticed the compound was going bad because her symptoms were returning with a vengeance (also literally, the medication was a suspension and particulate matter was separating out of it and the compound was changing color long before expiration date) and my patient was told that such a thing was “impossible” and that it was *her* “fault” the medicine was going bad each time because — get this — she was trying to keep it fresh and last longer by keeping it in the refrigerator. And then when both myself (I called to speak with pharmacists too) and the patient asked for an explanation as to why refrigeration would cause something to go bad? — the pharmacists at Earth actually had no real answer and kept changing the subject. My patient is feeling terribly unwell now as a result of the faulty compound, spent over $800 at Earth, and is now more sick than ever as a result of not getting the medication she needed to stabilize symptoms. And on top of that — to not be listened to, to not be heard and understood and offered some kind of solution — this is simply no way to treat a patient who isn’t feeling well. And the flippant response I got from the pharmacists was honestly no different. It’s truly unfortunate because we are a very small community, and sensitive and ill patients need to be able to rely on compounding pharmacies in order to find recovery and relief. I really wanted to be able to trust this company but after this experience I most certainly cannot. Please instead choose a pharmacy that actually cares about patient outcomes and understands what is in their own products, properly labels them, and has compassionate customer service. Earth definitely isn’t it.
