Came to get stemcell injections and Erik, Terri and the team have been amazing. I didn’t notice much results after first injections but after I reached out they told me to come back in for more injections covered by them until I am satisfied with results. After receiving my second session I have started to notice results. They truly aren’t satisfied until their clients are, which is rare to find! I’d definitely recommend this clinic! They take pride in what they do.

I had my free consultation on Saturday for stem cell hair restoration 01/31/2025 at 12:30pm. My consultation was with Erik Borchardt, he was very informative and explained the process and expectations for me. After my consultation I moved forward with the treatment and I was able to get my 1st treatment on the same day. The first initial session was quick and painless. I am very excited to see the the progress in the next couple weeks. Thank you Erik and Arizona Aesthetics team.

I am extremely disappointed with both the results and the inconsistency of service. From the beginning, the process felt more like signing up for false hope than a legitimate treatment plan. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts—especially after seeing clear red flags in the paperwork, including policies stating that no reimbursement would be provided if the treatment failed to deliver results. After spending $4,000, I experienced no noticeable improvement from the treatment. During consultations, the staff relied heavily on technical language and their claimed expertise in hair regrowth, which initially made them appear highly knowledgeable. However, this confidence was not reflected in the outcome. Despite being told I was a “perfect candidate” and being assured I would see “full hair regrowth,” none of those claims materialized. Additionally, the clinic promotes the idea that the majority of results come from their stem cell treatment. In reality, any potential benefits appear to come from DHT blockers and the RU-58841 topical, both of which are widely available and can be purchased independently for a fraction of the cost. This was not clearly disclosed upfront and feels misleading given the price paid and expectations set. Overall, the results did not come close to what was advertised, and the experience did not justify the cost.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Tracey was lovely, and the person who did my scalp treatment was patient and gentle (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name). The waiting room felt a little cold, but overall the experience was positive. The pricing is quite high, especially for someone on a limited income, and I hope there may be flexibility or a discounted rate for the remaining four visits needed to complete the treatment, as hair loss can be emotionally challenging and affect confidence.

I've been waiting for 5 months since I started my treatment with Dr. Erik, and it's been excellent. After these 5 months, I've seen very positive results; my hair has started to grow in areas where I didn't have any before – incredible! I can't wait to see the final results after my treatment. Dr. Erick and his team have been fantastic and have made me feel very comfortable throughout this whole process.
