I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. The counter staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet and they are extra helpful. They always get the prescriptions compounded very quickly without any hassle. They are so much better than the compounding pharmacy in the Old Town area that starts with the letter "W".

I had my substitute eye drop medication refilled for my feline herpes cat. The original medication has been on an extended backorder. I requested to speak to the pharmacist to ask about an immune support for sprinkling on my cat’s food. Nicole helped me greatly with my questions; she also has a cat with an immune disorder. I bought the Grizzly’s omega 3 pump oil, and a long cat pill plunger. I was grateful to learn more about supplementing my cat’s immune system which I can help my other two cats with as well. Pretty bummed to learn I've been paying $8 every time I've had my cat's prescription mailed to me. In the automated system when you call to refill prescriptions, there is NOTHING about a shipping fee associated. All it asks "if you'd like to have your prescription mailed to you, please press 2". I've been getting my prescription from them for almost 4 years, maybe longer, and had no idea I was paying this. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Other than this, my experience with this pharmacy has been smooth sailing. I think their automated system needs an update. I spoke with someone from the business and said my peace. They said I actually had acknowledged the shipping fee back in 2021, which wow, that's when I was deep in my cat eating my comforter, sheets, clothes, pillows, etc. than, I must have missed this very critical info. So I apologize for being wrong about shipping fees. She also said that since shipping fees vary state to state, it's hard to update an automated system, and to that I say you can absolutely add an "shipping charges may apply" regardless. I am changing my review to 5 stars because otherwise this, they have been trustworthy and have never been late for shipments.

Avrio has been an extraordinarily good pharmacy. They fill prescriptions extremely quickly and maintain great contact. I had a question about dosage and they responded immediately and helped me out greatly. The people at Avrio are kind and I've only had great interactions with them all. The online portal is also very easy to use to renew prescriptions.

My elderly granddad had a procedure to clear his sinuses a few weeks back. Just wanted to give my thanks to this office. Karen called us back and review the after care instructions, & Doctor Lee was simply amazing . thanks again My granddad is breathing like a new man
