Prices were kinda high. Needed a prescription for nebulizer and oxygen accessories. Service for those items was slow, but service at the pharmacy was fast. Pharmacy staff very knowledgeable. Can order supplements for you.

My mother's Dr had ordered incontinence pads for her. After they were delivered, we opened one pack and they were not what we needed. After this, my mother was signed into hospice, so I had to deliver the order back to Bernens due to Medicare not covering them because of hospice care. I sent every pack back, minus one single pad, because we had opened that pad. Now, Bernens wants to charge me $ 23.66 for one entire pack of pads, which I don't even have since I returned all of the order. They want me to pay for something that I returned to them........ not to mention the unprofessionalism of some of their staff in the Billing dept. I told them if they want to deliver the open pack to me, I will pay upon delivery. I was told that I could drive there and pick it up... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Just make sure you document EVERYTHING when dealing with them.....

If you’re looking for a wheelchair or scooter, keep on looking because the guy in charge of that is condescending, rude, and shows no respect for another human being. He thinks he is in charge of every detail of it, asking me do I need a wheelchair in the house and why. Well, I came in here in a wheelchair and it wasn’t exactly my desired mode of transportation. When he later called me on the phone, he said he received a fax from my doctor and he wants to know who said I can’t walk without a wheelchair. Who said I can get by with a cane or a walker. well, I have five specialist who can tell him why I need a wheelchair and I don’t feel like it’s fair to browbeat me over something he’s worried about. In the meantime, I am in the process of finding a different provider. I have used Bernens throughout my husband‘s life which involved a lot of durable medical equipment and for the problems I had myself I’m not going to put up with that kind of harshness and tone that he had with me. I will never ever use them again for any reason. So if you need a wheelchair please look elsewhere if you want to keep your dignity. And Bernens, heads up, this employee is ruining your business.

My mother has used this company for many years. They deliver her medication every month. We have had a many great experiences. I appreciate the service they provide from the delivery driver to those who answer the phones. We have had a couple instances with bad customer service however I appreciate that it was addressed immediately.

Thought it was me, but after reading a few reviews here, looks like everybody is having issues with the CPAP staff! Emily was 45 minutes late for our initial appointment, but explained everything ok. She gave me her card and said to call anytime with questions or for orders. To date, I've left 10 messages and she has returned none of them. Ryan has no business working with the public. He's rude, curt and condescending. Could recall and type many examples, but don't have the time. Currently looking for another supplier.
