AHF is a not for profit pharmacy. That really should be the only fact I need to support my 5 star review, but I will go further. My loved one's meds have never (not once!) been held up or delivered (FedEx! ) even one day late. The staff treats us with ,dare I say, compassion ,,love and respect. They honestly care about the patient's health THAT MINTH. Every month they check in by phone and/or by text. I just can not say enough. We are so proud to be a part of the AHF family and we will neve re go to anyone else.

I have to agree with previous post about personnel being inconsiderate. I had an experience where my new insurance caused me have expensive copays and pay down. They were very insensitive and very inconsiderate until my doctor stepped and got the matter resolved. They had option to resolve my issue but they didn't offer or mention at all. I hope it was a training issue and things get better.

I dealt with Mom's originally and inherited AHF. It was rocky in the beginning. They make mistakes but are quick to correct them. At one point they started charging me a co-pay, but after some checking they called and told me my ADAP had expired and the problems were quickly fixed. Also, a pharmacy tech from their Gardena offices called an together we discovered some errors I was making on how and when to take some of my meds. I appreciate them.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and have never had any problems. I live in Sacramento, so everything is shipped to me. I love the customer service and know the pharmacists personally. I would definitely recommend AHF Pharmacy!
