This pharmacy has top notch customer service ! Garrett is always there to greet you by name & always in a good mood! He’s so professional, he makes you feel like, you are his only customer of the day! I am always in & out within mins. No waiting in long lines or rushing. He always goes the extra mile to help. It feels like stepping back in time when people actually knew their neighbors and cared about their wellbeing! You don’t have to fight for parking there’s a big lot in back if you don’t find parking off pch. Just lovely !! 💕🙌

CDM Drugs is a true neighborhood gem. They recently went out of their way to help me handle a prescription issue that other places might have ignored. The staff is patient, answers every question, and ensures I never feel rushed. This level of old-school customer service is hard to find!

I visit this pharmacy regularly (a total now of 4 times not CVS, I am talking about CDM drugs) and unfortunately the service is consistently awful. the staff here are often rude, dismissive, and lacking BASIC customer service skills. Simple gestures like saying “hello” or offering any form of polite customer service are absent. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disregard every single time. Do better.

Great customer service by Garret! He always picks up the phone and responds all your questions. Super nice and friendly! You can find medication CVS doesn't have. Highly recommended!
