I had such a wonderful experience at Coastal Wellness Med Spa! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease as a first-timer. The staff was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated as a newbie. I had microneedling done, and it was completely painless. Best of all, my dry skin didn’t break out afterward like it has at other places. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and excited to come back. Highly recommend!

Coastal Wellness is the best! The staff here is so attentive and incredible. The space is also beyond gorgeous. You feel welcome from the second you walk in. Anna did my tox and she was extremely gentle + the pokes were painless at the same time. She took her time chatting with me during my consultation and made me feel calm throughout the process. She made great recommendations and I trust her fully! I can't wait to come back for my next treatment!!

I absolutely loved my hyaluronic acid microneedling and facial! I highly recommend this place!! The staff was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. The nurse waited for the numbing to kick in, so the pain was only about a 2/10. She explained everything clearly, and the hyaluronic acid mask after treatment instantly reduced any redness. The Normatec leg therapy while waiting was super relaxing. My skin already feels smoother and tighter like I got Botox, but better! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I did PRP on my scalp and microneedling on my face with Cathy and had such a great experience! She’s gentle, professional, and made me feel so comfortable.
