called to refill a prescription. on October 10. They need to mail it to me because I'm on the road, They told me that it will not go out that day because of Columbus Day. The next day October 11 they called to tell me it was going out that day overnight delivery and I will have on October 12. October 13 I still did not have it and I called them and they told me it went out overnight on October 11 and it would get there on October 14. I asked them if it went out overnight and they said yes but since it's going to another state it takes 3 days. I asked for the shipping info and they never sent it to me. It never arrived. I called on Saturday but they must be closed on Saturday. The problem I have is I'm on the road and I was only supposed to be here for 3 days. Now my trip is delayed and I can't reach them. I need to leave here Monday with or without my medication. Monday is October 17. Six days after I placed my order and it was supposed to go out overnight

Very kind people! We walked up a little early by accident and the woman opening the store let us in early to take our prescription. We just received our prescription and they still haven’t “opened” yet! Thank you so much! What a wonderful experience!
