“I’ve had a consistently great experience at this pharmacy. My medication is always ready on time, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their reliable service and positive atmosphere!”
My first experience was satisfactory because they did a great job tinting my vehicle, which is why I came back for the second time with a different vehicle instead of bringing it to a place nearby my house. However, this time I suggest taking a picture of the inside of your vehicle, especially if there's something inside you don't want to get scratched with any sharp object. I went on Friday, drove my vehicle straight home after, and had it parked in the garage Saturday all day and night, but Sunday morning, when I was ready to go to church, I noticed the touch/controller pad of my vehicle had a couple of scratches on it. I was going to call, but then I remembered I didn't have any close-up pictures of it to show proof it wasn't there before I brought my vehicle to their shop. Also, after reading one of the reviews here from their disabled client, I decided not to call at all, as I didn't want them to think that I just made up my claim.
Finding the parking lot is challenging as the entrance is slightly hidden. Customers enter one of two sides depending on where they may have parked which is a little confusing. The people have been nice on my few visits as well as professional (which is getting harder to find).
I had my first dosage of medication shipped. The shipping costs were very expensive. My medicine arrived very warm with a melted cold pack. I called the pharmacy, and they said things were fine. They were not. I drove to pick up my second dosage of meds, and things weren’t ok. This pharmacy is very sketchy. Find a different pharmacy!
Every time I call here they seem to act like they don’t want my business. They seem so rude and disengaging. Today when I called and spoke to Rachael, she made me feel like I was bothering her. When I would try to ask her something or have her confirm something she wouldn’t say anything at all. My thing is if we are bothering them then let me know so I can tell my doctor to use a different compounding pharmacy because I don’t want to feel like I’m a bother, especially when it comes to spending my hard earned money.
