Horrible compounding pharmacy. Always makes my partner wait and wait for an very common medication, no one ever answers the phone and you have to call them directly to get the medication filled, not to mention you have to call them like 1-2 weeks ahead of time to get it filled on time. Absolutely ridiculous. Big companies like heb should leave stuff like this to smaller companies that actually care about their clients and get medication out in a timely manner and, oh I don’t know, ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. Will be looking for another compounding pharmacy because this experience is intolerable and will suggest anyone else with compounding needs steer clear of this disaster.
This is for Leslie! HEB should know they are blessed to have her. I cannot say enough but will say she is: always kind, always patient, always the SAME, does not get nippy, rude, impatient. She goes above and beyond! I have dealt with her multiple times. I know I will be taken care of. I meant to post this a while ago, too. Leslie, there is nothing you cannot do so go higher when you can! Your empathy, 100% for customer satisfaction is superior and I am grateful! Thank you! Breath of fresh air in these times.
Had a great experience when requesting a special compounded medication. The very nice and efficient young woman we spoke with answered all of our general questions ahead of receiving the prescription and then called back 20 mins later to give us the cost estimate and advise of insurance coverage status. She was very helpful throughout, suggesting a couple of options so we could decide what was best for us. Excellent customer service, we will definitely use this service for any similar needs in the future!
Three weeks to get a commonly compounded item. No one answers the phone. I called my regular H-E-B pharmacy to see if they could help reach out to them and they said to keep trying the phone number that they don’t answer. Hopefully, I’ll get the prescription soon instead of having to start over at a different compounding pharmacy. So far, this is my first experience with them and I’m highly disappointed. The doctor will be doing a blood test in a few weeks to see if the new prescriptions helped and I wouldn’t have even been taking what she prescribed for a week at that point.
For almost 2 years my doctor has been sending my prescription to this compounding pharmacy every 3 months; and every time without fail, there has been a delay for one reason or another. Usually they claim it is because they have been trying to get ahold of my doctor and can’t reach her. How are they reaching out to my doctor? Carrier pigeon? Message in a bottle? I’m done. Going to a different pharmacy.
