Hi Melissa! I hope this finds you well and that you've had a joyous holiday season! I just wanted to email you because I have something POSITIVE to report when normally, I only contact you with a problem. I ordered a refill on my progesterone on December 30th, not expecting any sort of response for at least a week to 10 days, given the holidays and especially the upcoming New Year holiday. When I called around 10am on the 30th, I actually got a person first try. I told her I wanted a refill and she said she'd send me the invoice "shortly." By 11am, I had received the invoice and paid it. My refill was DELIVERED by yesterday morning around 9am!! I have NEVER, in all of the years I've been dealing with Hallandale, been able to get through and have my prescription processed and then received in such a timely manner. Whatever you're doing to streamline the process, it is DEFINITELY working! What a HUGE improvement...actually, it's an EXPONENTIAL improvement over past interactions I've had with your company. I received a compounded Sermorelin vial that ran out approximately two doses early, despite careful, logged dosing and proper injection technique. When I contacted the pharmacy, they asserted the vial was overfilled, dismissed my measurements, and refused to investigate or acknowledge the discrepancy. While shortages can happen, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to review the issue is concerning. Based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this pharmacy.
