I am high strung when it comes to appointment times but Kiara did a great job at calming me down and listening to me. She was very informative in explaining areas of Botox that we should do to address my concerns. She was patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. Kiara is the best! This is my 2nd time getting masseter Botox with her (specifically because it helps my TMJ) and she’s always so gentle and explains everything so thoroughly. During my 2nd appointment I also decided to try out a lip flip and some lip filler for my first time ever and both were extremely pleasant experiences!
