Medical Center Pharmacy

Their phone refill tells you it'll be ready the next day, but it never is. Then they tell you they call you when ready but only do about half the time. They are very unfriendly and rude. Today after two weeks from my phone order, my husband still waited 15 minutes when he was the only one there. They are the worst! Really bad service! Never again. Convenient parking is the only positive.

Unprofessional and unethical behavior. If i could give negative 20 rating i would. I have been prescribed medication for Fibromyalgia by Kaiser and they are the only pharmacy that carry my medication so I have to go through them. First time i called for refill they said it will be 24 hrs. I go the next day to pick it up. Its not ready. I Drove 45 min in rain and traffic to get there!!!!!!! Fast forward 4 days still not ready. Im suffering at this point and finally get my medication A WEEK later. Month two NOW; I call for med refill, same story, its been a week now. NOONE CALLED ME to say hey ur meds are ready nothing. Week and half later NO MEDS STILL!!! I depend on this medication to be able to get through my work day without pain and its not even a narcotic!!!!The most unprofessional and uncaring pharmacy ever!!!!!! All of them should be FIRED!!!When I went first went to pick it up and explained my concerns i was greeted wITH EYE ROLL. Ima go tmrw and if one more person rolls their eyes at me IM REPORTING THEM !!!! Ppl lives depend on medication HOW DARE YOU!!!!

I didn’t realize how rude they could be, I held my tongue for years. To promote how helpful you are, antagonize and belittle the customer on the phone is highly unprofessional. Should have sought out a way to resolve the situation. Please learn to do your job, customer service with a smile.

Wowww, I can't believe how unbelievably RUDE they are! I asked if they had a certain dermatological Rx and they "no" as though they were annoyed. Then I asked if they knew who might carry it but the man I spoke with cut me off and was even more rude with his second statement, saying "I don't know!" I tried explaining that I was referred to them by another pharmacy but again, he interrupted me and said "bye!" then hung up. 4/1/22 4:15pm

I get compounded medicine here, and their quality and speed have usually been great. There were delays in their supply chain last year. I think they also had an equipment problem that was previously delaying things (a hood was down). Now, that's fixed and they have compounds on hand for fast refills. It also feels like a classic small town pharmacy. The staff at the counter has started to remember my rx, where to find it, and the other supplies I need, so the service has gotten even better.
