Healthnet lost a patient today, and I have two accepted insurance plans. However, I have been utilizing my flexible healthcare spending account for payments (deductible not met). I was informed that I cannot be seen today unless I contact both insurance companies while in the waiting room to arrange a "coordination of benefits" or pay out of pocket. My appointment time had already lapsed by 30 minutes. I will seek another provider who values my time.
They've been my PCP for a few years at two locations. They are always prompt and professional. Everyone is friendly and willing to find doctors to work with your insurance. The rooms and lobby are always clean! I have a complex medical history and they have no problem keeping everything straight and referring me to specialists. I highly recommend this practice.
