I’m a new customer with HOOT HRT in San Antonio, and I could not be happier with the service I received from Joe Hamm. From my very first inquiry, Joe’s response times were very fast, and he took the time to answer all my questions about hormone replacement therapy, treatment options, and telehealth appointments in detail. I appreciate that Joe is a veteran who has served our country and now brings his dedication and expertise to the local community. He is super knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding—never rushed me, and made sure every concern I had got a clear answer. The most convenient and successful HRT I've experienced. As a PA who worked for LowT myself in the past managing HRT for other men, my experience with Joe Hamm at HOOT HRT as a patient has been nothing but exceptional. Joe is so accessible and helpful. Their system is so convenient...EVERYTHING is sent to my home. No pharmacy visits/extra fees, etc. Since I've started with HOOT, I feel great...better mood, lost 40 lbs and the intimacy in my marriage has returned. Thanks Joe!

Joe has been very thorough with his review of my labwork and explanation of what the results mean and how to best approach it. At this point, I have met with him twice and, both times, he has taken a great amount of time to go over the details and my questions. It is rare in today's world to get more than 5 minutes with your doctor; thus, it has been a very refreshing experience.

Joe Hamm and his team are amazing . Very experienced in hormone management. . They are the only group that I have found that follows up very closely to optimize your results and manage any potential issues . Hormone management can be very tricky but they make it an easy and a safe treatment process . 5 stars for sure

He is generous with his time and offers a number of resources to ensure you meet your goals.
