My name is Marissa Aldrete from Katy. I love this pharmacy. Whether a visit to pickup or a phone call to inquire they are always so friendly and helpful! I have used this pharmacy since they opened. Last month I received a bottle of my progesterone that was short by 38 pills. I knew the bottle looked low so I actually counted them when I got home. I called and was told this was impossible as they have a three step verification system. It made me wonder if I have been cheated before but I chalked it up to a mistake. I picked up my bottle of 180 pills yesterday. The bottle looked full so I didn’t count them in the pharmacy (which was my original plan). This morning I decided, just to be safe and ease my mind, I would count them. I have 170 pills in a bottle that is clearly marked 180. I now wonder how many times over all these years I have been shorted medication. Once was a mistake. Twice is business practice. Find another pharmacy or count your medication in front of them before you leave. I am really upset with myself I didn’t stick with my original plan and count them yesterday. I never want to think bad of people. So disappointed!!!

I use this pharmacy to pick up a prescription every month and I have not had any issues with that. The five stars is for the staff. They are so nice and welcoming. Each time I go in they greet me and answer any questions I have with such positivity. I had a brief conversation with Andrea and it was like we knew each other for years. Her energy alone is the reason I will make the 1hour drive each month! Thank you all for your great customer service :)
