My recent consultation with Dr Ellsworth was a high value experience. He took a lot of time with me to ensure that all my questions were answered. His reccomendations and plan focused on my immediate needs. He also dug deeper into my gut health to probe into possible areas that are connected to my current health issues. The Hotze experience is always top notch and professional. I highly recommend thembto anyone needing to improve ones health.

I have been a client at Hotze Health and Wellness Center for 21 years. They helped me when an endocrinologist was providing me treatment that was making my fatigue worse and I was having trouble functioning. The staff and the doctors at the Wellness Center have always been helpful and I have learned different things from different practitioners. I am especially fond of Dr. Ellsworth, who always has good suggestions for me. The practice is on the leading edge with ways to improve my health and prevent illness. I find their recommendations and approaches are consistent with other functional medicine practices and practitioners I follow. You have to do your part in taking care of yourself to get the best results, but I much prefer that approach to traditional medicine. I would highly recommend this practice for a consistently high quality healthcare experience.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Hotze and Dr Ellsworth for 25+ years. We have both been so blessed with the advice and support they have given us. What's unique about this practice is they keep up with the latest research and prefer to solve the root cause of issues & not just stop the symptoms. For instance, they told us about taking Vitamin D to help our immune systems probably 10 years before other doctors started recommending it. They are more expensive that other doctors, but worth it since a) you feel better and b) you'll have less chronic issues that will cost a lot more than these visits. Also, they will do phone appointments with labs done near your home which is super convenient and avoids driving across town.

First time patient with Hotze. Husband gifted me for Christmas cause he was so impressed with Dr Hotze reputation. The cost is expensive, but we assume you get what you pay for. Office esthetics and people are great, but…My first appointment was an overwhelming experience, as it was 5 hours at initial appointment, lots of tests but learned a lot and met some great people. Dr. Jason Gourlas is kind; but lack confidence in him as he seems to take things out of proportion when making a “diagnosis” I left the appointment and learned that I guess a had a “trauma” in my life?? Which is weird because I didn’t and yet he referred “trauma counseling” what…??? I went there because Dr Hotze is always speaking about thyroid issues that women experience and they use bio identical hormones to “fix” that yet I left my $3k appointment and they are not addressing that at all. My husband trusted Dr Hotze due to reading his books and listening to his public advise over the last 15-years and sent me here and unfortunately I’m disappointed with how this has turned out...
