I hadn’t even left my appointment when I received a call from Jules pharmacy saying that they could get my medicine compounded and ready right away. I was able to go straight from the appointment to pick up my medicine and waste no time. The pharmacist was very kind and explained how to use the medicine in the appropriate way to apply it and provided me an information sheet. There is public parking right underneath the pharmacy making it super easy to access and pick up your medicine. I will definitely be using this again. The service was fantastic.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. This was perfect. They had my special medication made same day. The lady was courteous and very helpful. I was in and out very quickly and I didn’t have any questions to ask because all of them were covered in a concise manner. Cheers!

I visited this pharmacy, and the hospitality was unbelievable! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist patients. The owner is also very humble and kind, which adds to the amazing service. I truly appreciate their dedication. I came all the way from DC, and I’m very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

This Pharmacy Scams you. On the date of service, the pharmacy informed me that their insurance processing system was down and stated that they were unable to process my prescription through my healthcare. As a result, I was told I would need to pay the full cash price rather than the contracted insurance rate. When I asked about alternatives, I was not given the option to have the claim filed using a universal claim form, nor was I offered the opportunity for the prescription to be manually reprocessed within the allowed five-day window, which is standard procedure when electronic systems fail. Instead, the pharmacy advised me that I should pay the full amount immediately or risk the medication selling out, saying that other customers were willing to pay the full price. I later learned through a 2 hour phone call with my Insurance company that the pharmacy had initially attempted to run the claim and then canceled it themselves, yet still required me to pay the full amount out of pocket. Based on the circumstances, I believe the pharmacy chose to accept the full cash payment of 10 times the amount from me instead of processing the claim and accepting the rate they have contracted with the insurance company. Their actions prevented me from receiving the benefit of my insurance coverage and left me without any option to have the claim properly submitted during the allowable period. I just called to double check and the processing system is apparently down again. I plan to have them reported and investigated for poor business practices. They're taking advantage of people because they want them to pay the full, higher amount rather than going through insurance and it's awful. My insurance will not reimburse me as the pharmacy said they would. I spent almost 3 hours in total on the phone with my insurance company to try to get reimbursed and have now filed a grievance with them to see if they'll overturn their decision. This happened to me TWICE which is why I'm now standing up and telling people to watch out for this! It seems that they just don't want to take insurance.

This pharmacy is wonderful!! They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so very helpful! I needed prescriptions that were compounded, and other pharmacies might take days to fill them. Joule pharmacy had it done within the same day!! I would 10/10 recommend!
