I’ve had a good experience with this clinic overall, which is why this situation was disappointing. On August 21st, I had Botox and purchased a full syringe of filler for $750. Only half of the syringe was used during that appointment, and I was told the remaining portion could be saved for me to use within six months. When I called today to schedule the follow-up appointment, I realized I had passed the six-month window by about two weeks. I was told nothing could be done because the six months had already passed. I completely understand policies and take responsibility for missing the exact timeframe. At the same time, I was surprised there was no reminder or follow-up from the office, especially since half of a prepaid treatment remained unused. When I asked about the syringe, I was told it was no longer available, either because it had expired or had been used. I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because I otherwise had a positive experience with the clinic and staff. I would truly appreciate it if the office might reconsider or reach out to discuss a possible solution or accommodation. I value the care provided here and hope we can find a way to resolve this.

From the moment I walked into the office I was in awe. The lovely ladies greeted me with warmth and kindness. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Such a welcoming and beautiful environment. It was my first time getting Botox and Lindsay made me feel so comfortable, such a sweetheart. She has a magic touch and everything was done in no time and I felt very taken care of. I appreciate her honesty and her love and passion that shows in her personality and in her work. I absolutely recommend this place to all. I will be coming back here for all my pampering needs. We should all feel beautiful and this place and all the wonderful people made me feel exactly that. They say diamonds are a girls best friend, well mine is Botox and Longevity. Thank you so very much Lindsay and the vibrant staff.

Camille does my hair removal services and is exceptional at what she does. Her pleasant disposition sets a sweet tone every time. Professional, clean, excellent schedule coordination. I highly recommend these girls to anyone looking for their services.
