As a first responder with a crazy schedule, finding good healthcare isn’t easy but Lotus Medical has been a total game changer for me. The concierge primary care makes everything so convenient and stress-free. Juan is absolutely amazing. He’s professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I feel comfortable and taken care of. I never feel rushed during appointments, which means a lot. Highly recommend, especially for other first responders looking for reliable, high-quality care.

My team have a sales meeting once a year out of the area. There are 1500 sales people in one room. Everyone always gets sick after the meeting including me. I decided to be proactive and made an appointment at Lotus with Juan and Pauline. Such an inviting facility and they are very warm and open practitioners. My bestie and I got the Infusion full of vitamins to raise our resistance. It was quick and a very comfortable experience and I'm happy to report that we didn't get sick. I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Lotus Medical in Boca, especially Juan. I run my own business, work absolutely crazy hours, and I’m juggling all of that with three young kids. I was referred to Juan by a friend of mine who knew him and it was my first time meeting with him. I honestly couldn't have felt better walking out of my first consultation the other day. Because it was my first visit to the clinic, Juan and I went through my questions and situation very thoroughly. In addition to helping me with my immediate need while there, I learned about other services the practice offers and the information was invaluable to me. What I really appreciated most was that Juan was able to relate to me on a personal and human level. I could see from his demeanor that he was empathetic to my concerns and understood what was going on, what needed to be done and offered a personalized solution custom fitted to my needs...I had a lot of questions for Juan and the meeting truthfully ran two hours. I felt it was going too long and I was becoming a burden to his schedule, but despite the time we took he never once rushed me or tried to move on to the next patient. He really took the time to hear me out and when I left the meeting, I not only addressed what I came in for, but I am going back to him for another service I need. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting his wife/business partner, but if she is half as knowledgeable as him you, will be in good hands with either of them. I strongly encourage anyone to give them a visit if you have medical needs or questions you'd like to have professionally addressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different IV options and helping me choose the perfect blend for my needs.
