Medtown PHARMACY

My doctor used this pharmacy for a prescription. After providing payment information over the phone and address for 2-day shipping found myself waiting for 5 days to find out it was not shipped. After calling I learned that it could not be shipped due to an issue with UPS, but that it was dispatched that day. Waited 3 days and didn't receive it. I was told that it couldn't be sent because I needed to provide my driver's license in order to get it shipped. Frustrated already after a week I decided to drive, saw the hours in google maps for the Farmacy posted as 9-6, but when I arrived, it was closed for lunch. Luckily I was not in a rush, but a little frustrated. I got my prescription eventually. I had some time and submitted an update request to Google maps for the hours.

The staff are friendly and quick to fill prescriptions. Having a coffee place inside is great! The only challenge is communication through the safety barrier, which can be difficult at times. An intercom system would be a great improvement, especially for customers with hearing difficulties.

Medtown pharmacy used to be the best in the business until they hired a snotty brunette that likes to lie to customers. After 17 years me and my wife found a new pharmacy after being told 4 lies in one visit. She tried to tell us that you routinely exceed your monthly orders of medications for the month, and told us we'd be better off finding a new pharmacy. I asked several pharmacies and my doctor. All told us that it was BS and the only way that would ever happen is if you were under investigation by the DEA. Chen if you see this you should call my wife Bets because that girl u hired cost you 2 15+ year customers. With the exception of the girl u hired we really enjoyed your pharmacy. Both the atmosphere and level of service and friendliness at Medtown were excellent. Dr. Chen took his time to help me with a difficult situation I was experiencing and to provide me with some very useful advice for the future. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

This was my first experience with Medtown Pharmacy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I needed a compounded prescription for the first time and had several questions. The team was patient, took the time to explain everything, and even contacted my doctor to make sure all details were correct. Their customer service excellent. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and fast. Highly recommend!
