6 days ago, my provider faxed in an Rx to this pharmacy as they said that’s their preferred method of Rx receipt. A few days later, they claimed they hadn’t got the Rx and had called my doctor. My doctor said they never got the call and re-faxed it. Another couple days later, this pharmacy said their fax machine was broken so my doctor sent it through encrypted email. The next day, they said the order was wrong and couldn’t fill it. My doctor called again and they said the order wasn’t wrong and they’d fill it. The next day, this pharmacy called me to tell me the Rx was ready. I arrived to pick it up and they told me they “lost” the medication and blamed the night pharmacist. How is that possible if I was told that morning it was ready? The Rx is a controlled substance so I wouldn’t be surprised if what really happened was diversion and one of their employees is now enjoying it for themselves at home. My doctor requested an investigation but I’m sure there won’t be so I’ll figure out what official overseeing governing body to report this to. It’s been a week of back and forth, I paid for it and never got it.

I am a person who is in a wheelchair and I sent another person with a thousand wills to pick up my medications that the doctor prescribed for me. They only put three of the four medications in a sealed bag. When I tried to call the pharmacy to ask why they didn't put all 4 medications in my bag, they said that there was a mistake, they apologized and that someone should come to pick up this medication that was left at the pharmacy for no reason. It is very difficult for me now to find someone else to pick it up. I don't like their behavior that instead of trying to help in some way and correct their own mistake, they simply apologized. I also didn't like their behavior when they told many different lies about something else that happened. Of the 4 medications the doctor prescribed, one was wrong because I already had it and it cost me an unfair 500 dollars. When I told the pharmacist if it was possible to return it because I didn't open it or whatever, he told me different lies like in the phone call that is recorded and when I paid with a card for the abbreviated medications, they didn't even say the names of the medications or anything else about the medications, they simply said the purpose of the payment and asked for the card details to make the payment. If they had said the medicines that would be paid for, we wouldn't have reached this point and they lied that they said things on the phone related to the medicines. So their unwillingness to help from the moment they themselves made a mistake by putting less medicine in their closed bag makes them unprofessional with inappropriate behavior and i still dont have my medicine and they don’t help me with the wrong medicine that cost me 500 dollars.

In general this pharmacy does a solid job of answering the phone, preparing orders, etc. Most days theres a short line to pick up. They offer delivery for only $5 more.

My husband and I have personally been using Meta Pharmacy now for over a year and have been very happy. The staff are super helpful and pleasant to call and work with. Great service and appreciate the option for delivery! Also as a provider, I am quick to recommend them and feel confident in their services.

Been using Meta for almost a year now. My experience during this time has been great. There were a few mishaps but nothing that wasn't resolved in a timely manner. My prescriptions are always ready (sometimes a day early), when I'm told they will be ready! The staff is informative, very nice and accommodating. Happy with Meta and will keep using them.
