As a busy mom of four little ones, I’m always cautious about adding anything new to my routine, especially something health related. But my experience with Mochi Health has been nothing short of impressive. My tirzepatide delivery was originally scheduled for next-day arrival, but due to weather it arrived the following day. Even with the delay, the packaging absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything was incredibly neat and well organized, and my medication was still perfectly cold inside the insulated canister. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure everything arrives safely and professionally. The process itself has been simple and seamless, which is huge for someone like me who is constantly juggling work, kids, and everyday life. Having something this easy to manage makes staying consistent with my health goals so much more realistic. What surprised me the most is that I’ve already started noticing results within my first week, which has been incredibly motivating. Overall, Mochi Health has made this journey feel approachable, supportive, and manageable, even for someone with a very busy life. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience so far and excited to continue the journey.

I've been using Mochi for a while now. I love it. Its easy to use. I can text my doctor or nutritionist ANYTIME!!!! AND THEY WILL TEXT BACK. The cheapest GLP 1 on the market. They offer lots of medications and they set you on track to your goals. Im very happy with them. I submit a refill through the app and its only its way. Fast! It was weird when I first joined because it didnt give much information but its worth it. $99 a month for my semiglutide.....R U SERIOUS!!!! I was paying $500 a month. Screw that. Go with mochi. Love them.

So far so good. The providers and nutritionist are great. The first delivery took a little over a week but the next delivery came much faster. I happy with the service and progress. Only thing I would recommend is to package the shipment so that it is not disclosed what it is. People steal things. If this is something the company can work on would make me feel better because my 2nd shipment was lost/stolen via Fedx. And they still call themselves investigating what happened to the package, go figure! I hopes this helps! Thank you Mochi!

I paid for 6 mon5h medication subscription. They never sent all of them. After weeks of going around in circles with customer service (getting a new rep every ciuple.of messages and having to start over with the conversation), they finally admit that they didn't send me 5he medication I paid for. But now that I've told them that the card & account used last year for payment is closed, they decide the only remedy they will.offer is to refund the money somewhere that I can't see if it was refunded nor collect the refund itself. Very convenient. I'd recommend paying for to use a different telehealth service that actually cares about keeping clients and honoring commitments instead of Mochi that seems to only be interested in signing people of for a membership and then completely disregarding what is right

I have had a positive experience with Mochi. Once I enrolled I got to meet and have an appointment the very next day. The provider was very helpful and approved my tirzepatide later on the same day. I received my order 5 days after my appointment. I was impressed with the packaging as meds came cold. I am on my first month with them and so far so good. The customer service department actually answers calls and are real helpful. I love their affordable prices. I will update this review in a few months to make sure their are no issues but my first impression of my first month is that it is a trustworthy and excellent company.
