I’m so glad I tried these IV infusions! If you ever wondered try it- they stay open late and open on Saturdays!! #ChefKiss plus the staff is so informative and helpful!!

Jennifer is great and deserves a raise. I get weekly treatment and it helps improve my state of well being. The pushes have also been a great immune booster along with the iv therapy. Very clean bathrooms as well! Comfortable and safe environment.

Dom is the most unprofessional tech on staff. She sits with the clients watching her phone and laughing or texts her coworker sitting right next to her and then laughes, making you think they're laughing about you. Daniella is rude, short, and doesn't care about the client. Jen only cares about how much money you spend and she'll gleefully tell the other staff when she swindles you into big purchases. Amber, Mike, Hailey, and Stephanie are the only people who actually care, but they aren't appreciated by management. Stay far away.

I recommend IV therapy to everyone. The staff is amazing and I will be back. Edit: Got a bill for $190.00 after I was told all I had to at was $10 for my co pay.

What a Great place! Daniela, Amber, Dominick and NP Michael Sevick were all wonderful. I didn't even feel Amber's IV go in..it was amazing! Daniela at the front desk verified my insurance and made sure my Vitamin IV drip and my Executive Physical Screening were covered in full. So I got everything and my Stem Cells all done in just 1 Day which was the Best bc I live over 2 hrs away. They were All very caring and professional. I wish other Drs offices in Florida and, well Everywhere, were as Good as Niva in Jacksonville! Thanks so much to Dr Foss for hiring such a Great Staff!
