This is my second time ordering from Olympia, and the experience has been excellent both times. They truly run a professional operation. On my first order I worked with a different representative, and this time Jared assisted me the service was outstanding once again. Their response time is incredibly fast, communication is clear, and the level of customer service is exceptional. I’m genuinely impressed by how efficiently they process orders while maintaining such high standards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I have to say I was impressed with the knowledge and thoughtfulness of Ryan who was the first contact at Olympia. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process to get me the correct prescription necessary to start with. Matthew Brumm gave me a woody. Not like you think, I just wanted to get your attention. After working with a conservatively prescribing Urologist and another compounding pharmacy for the better part of a year I switched to Olympia. The first mix they sent me wasn't strong enough so they switched it out at their expense. Matthew showed genuine concern every time we spoke. If he couldn't answer his phone, he returned my call or email pronto. I wish I had gone to Olympia first, but this is after all a learning experience.

The folks at Olympia are always super responsive and efficient. They answer my calls quickly and ship my medications promptly. My only caution is to make sure you get your medical questions answered by your doctor and not the Olympia sales agents who do not necessarily know the correct answers to your questions.
