Dr. Williams office/docs/np’s/pa’s have always provided great care. I’ve been with them for over 25 years! However, my PA retired and I had to randomly choose another staff member to take my scheduled appt for this December. It was the worst care I have had at ANY doctors office. Not thorough, not friendly and certainly not caring. Appeared to be more concerned with “their” own agenda than the patients. What should have been done in one appt., will now have to be two or more. When questioned about it, they blamed the insurance company. I have had the same insurance for 38 years, so I know this was NOT the case. So very disappointing, as I think Dr. Williams would not approve either. The office is beautiful and they have many services to offer. Front staff were amazing and very helpful and apologetic.

We've been with Dr. Williams for 25 years (since 2001) through 5 office changes. Our experience with him and Optimal Health has been aMayzing. This review could go on forever but we'll hit the highlights of what we love: 1. He treats people over paper focusing more on how we actually feel over how the labs say we should feel. 2. CNPs, PAs, etc., are terrific, too. Amy Brooks (APRN-CNP) has played a valuable role in our care for many of the years. She's the BEST at inserting JL's HRT "pellets." 3. We get awesome reports from people we've referred to him and he has "caught" some things that other physicians in the OKC area did not catch. 4. He has stayed very close to us through the loss of our adult son in 2021, helping, supporting, and personally caring for us in our grief. 5. He values our husband/wife relationship, sees us both, and gets input from each of us about the other. We know he does this for countless other couples, too. 6. Many of the office staff feel like friends to us, greeting us by name and knowing about our lives. 7. His referrals to other doctors have been positive experiences and he keeps up with the progress in those directions. 8. His videos during the Covid shutdown were informing and calming. 9. He stays on the cutting edge of new treatment options for health and vitality. Check out their website and you'll see it. 10. When we consider moving from OKC, Dr. Williams is one of the top 3 reasons we stay.

Honestly, this is the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. From the front desk team to the nurses and doctors, every single person is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares. They take the time to listen, explain things, and make you feel comfortable and seen. You can tell everyone there actually enjoys what they do and takes pride in helping people. I always leave feeling taken care of and grateful to have found them.

Optimal Health Associates is an amazing health care facility! Dr. Williams is a great doctor, very informed of the latest Health Care trends. He is caring and compassionate. His staff is fantastic! My wife and I have been treated there for several years now, consulting with Dr. Williams and his staff and getting a variety of treatments offered there. We are extremely grateful!
