She was professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain each modality to me in detail so I knew exactly how everything worked. It made my first visit seamless and stress-free. I love Optimyze! And this new location is amazing. It’s bigger and has a real old-fashioned sauna, as well as infrared ones. There are two red-light therapy rooms, a great sound bed, a PEMF table, compression and full-gravity massage chairs, spacious restrooms, and two cold plunges. You can also get a full body scan here, and they even have a cryo chamber. There’s so much that it’s hard to list everything! It’s worth every dollar of the membership — you feel great after every visit. I also really like the supplements and snacks they sell here.

The staff at Optimyze Scottsdale are incredible. The coaching process throughout each session adds so much value and makes the entire experience feel intentional and personalized. This place truly raises the bar for recovery and wellness.
