Prime Pharmacy Compounding & LTC

We have been using prime pharmacy since my son was an infant, and it has been such an amazing experience for us. Danny is so great and all the employees are extremely helpful. I’m really happy we found this business when we did.

Took bad your only a Compound script Pharmacy. Your very kind and helpful each time I call for a refill or with a question. And you deliver to me with a big smile and in a reasonable amount of time. I wish my regular prescription pharmacy was as good and dependable. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service! The employees are friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. I’ve been getting medications for my dog here for about two years. One medication was originally a gel ointment, but the pharmacist recommended trying it in a “cream” (I don’t remember the “official” language) instead, as it absorbs better into the skin. This was something my vet hadn’t even thought of, and I hadn’t even thought to ask about. It’s easier to apply, absorbs faster (rather than staying on the surface of his skin like the gel), and is less bothersome for my dog. Another time, I accidentally threw away one of his expensive medications within a week of getting it. When I called them to ask for a refill (and see if they were able to refill the prescription early), they happily did so, and even gave me half off the cost of the medication. I can’t recommend them enough. You’re in great hands with Prime Pharmacy.

They have been absolutely wonderful at filling compounding prescriptions and in a very timely manner for us. Very responsive, kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them and wish all pharmacies had this customer service.
