Superior in home prescription delivery service, drivers are very nice, also the staff at Ready Meds go out of their way to make sure everything is set up for you the way you request it. Blister packs, delivery of medications. Great hours works with most schedules. Thank you Ready Meds 🙏

The billing system is absolutely atrocious! They do not send statements out in a timely manner so they can charge a $25 late fee on accounts. I take care of a family member's financial accounts because they are unable to and have had SEVERAL financial issues with this pharmacy. If you can avoid using them I would very strongly suggest doing so.

Do not use, they will charge you but you will never get your medicine, and when you reach out to them they say no refunds but it isn't a refund if they charge your card twice for only one shipment

I do love the convenience of being able to get my rx as the place is convenient for me distance wise. I will say the customer service tends to lack in empathy when trying to assist the patient, I understand that everyone is responsible for their tasks, but I was completely ignored and no one even tried to acknowledge me or even simply say," Hey, someone will be with you shortly." I don't mind simple gestures like that, but it's the being oblivious of your surroundings that gets me. I work in patient care, I always try and make sure that people are taken care of or state someone will be with you, shortly. I try and give this place a fair rating, because I do have some good experiences, but most cases it is far and few between when I have a pleasant interaction. I just believe you guys need to have a better system where people can sense when a patient is at the front and make sure they will be assisted in a timely manner. I don't even mind waiting awhile, as long as someone acknowledges my existence. Other than that, I get my medication on time and not too much of hassle. Edit: Came here on a Saturday that states they open at 9AM, arrived to pick up my medication just for them to have the gate closed. I arrived at 10:30AM. I drive a good distance just for them to be closed on business hours. You guys really need to get your act together. I went from 3 stars to 1.
