I’ve used Ranch and CVS for my pharmacy needs the past 5 years. Every time I can I try to use Ranch. They are so helpful, easy to work with, and priced comparable to CVS. The customer service experience is night and day different and they can deliver many meds when you don’t have time to drop by. The only time I don’t use them is in rare occasions I need something when they are closed. Every time that happens I am reminded how much better Ranch is compared to the traditional in store pharmacy.

We were first introduced to Ranch 7 years ago when we moved my Father from Florida here. The Team at Ranch was amazing. John the pharmacist has routinely helped us and vaccinated us. Lately he has been more of an afternoon guy and Keon has been our key contact. A talented pharmacist with great personal skills and emotional intelligence. Ranch is the best kept secret in NE Scottsdale. They also deliver to certain zip codes. Just a great establishment who really care. Just look at the reviews here. Outstanding!

Ranch Pharmacy is the absolute best! A business that cares deeply about earning their customers business. They care and it shows. Personalized service that makes them stand alone atop of their industry. And it’s not close!

Terrible customer service. I think it's because I'm a minority that they refused to help me. I asked very politely about a particular compounded prescription and Ken, the pharmacist, said that he didn't have time to explain it to me because it's common sense.

Ranch Pharmacy has exceeded all my expectations. Our pharmacist, Shelia was outstanding. Thank you for the incredible customer service.
