I had been allergic to gluten for fourteen years and then later developed other food sensitivities (dairy being one of them). Getting the SAAT treatment at Restore Health Center was a leap of faith because I honestly wasn't truly convinced it would work for me. However, after the treatment and the three week reset period, I have tried "gluten-full" and "dairy-full" foods again and have had no allergy symptoms! It has been such a relief to not fear food and to have the confidence to try new foods that I couldn't have before! Restore Health Center was so quick (45 minute session) so considerate and genuinely desired the best for me! I'm so grateful for my new life with food!

Restored Health Center has help me, my mom, and my sister to be able to eat normal foods again. We have all had a gluten allergy and other food allergy reactions, and restored health has answered all our questions and been able to help us treat our symptoms. I recommend everyone to reach out to Dr. Taylor! For years I had undiagnosed GI issues because all of my labs "looked normal". Even once I got a diagnosis by my family physician, I still didn't see better results from treating the symptoms. I was accused by my GI doctor of lying about my diet changes. Fed up, I reached out to Dr. Taylor who not only found other food allergies I had, but TREATED them! I no longer live every day in the horrible pain I had become accustomed to and can once again eat the things I developed an allergy to later in life. I was definitely a sceptic at first, but now I know firsthand that these methods work!

I was super skeptical about the SAAT for allergies but Dr. Taylor and Erin were very good at explaining the entire process and how it works. It has completely cleared up my alpha gal allergy and I'm now able to eat red meat again.
