Rx Artisans : A Compounding Pharmacy

Horrible customer service! They wont tell me what the issue was with "discrepancy" and doesn't pick up phone. Please, change the people receiving call.

Rx Artisans is amazing. They have changed my life and my health. All of the staff I have talked to have been super knowledgeable and friendly. I actually like picking up my prescriptions as I get to chat with them. Their prescriptions are truly an art form. Great products that are not filled with fillers. Awesome turn around when you call for a refill. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I switched to Artisans RX from a larger compound pharmacy for my mental health medication. The quality of the medicine is night and day better! I’ve referred 3 of my friends here, and will send many more. Grant spent over 30 minutes with me discussing my options for the medication. I’ve never experienced such a personalized, caring interaction with a pharmacy before.

*UPDATE: This family owned business CARES about you as a patient needing specialized medication. They are IMPECCABLE with their commitment to help abd are compassionate. Grant is great, friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the time even though I know they're busy. I've ALWAYS felt as if I were important My last Doctor (Dr. Dole) recently retired. I found him through Rx Artisans. I've been scrambling to find a doctor or NP who can refill my Rx for hormones. Once I got a doctor's ok, they pushed it through and I know they have been busy...not only that, but the owner called to let me know my Rx was ready. ♥️ I have been using Rx Artians for about 2 years now. My previous compounding pharmacy closed and I switched to one I was referred to who was out of State. They were not the best with bad customer service. I looked up compounding pharmacies in my neck of the woods. I was lucky to find Rx Artisans! Anyone I've talked to there has been patient and very informative. They have answered any questions I've had. They can mail out my Rx AND THEY ARE PROMPT with lightening speed! They have always done their very best to accommodate me in any situation. If you are in town or from out of State, you may submit your prescription to them and they will fill it. Call them first. Rx Artisans also have a list of those who may prescribe bioidentical hormones which is what has helped me the most. The doctor I chose was Dr. Michael Dole. (Went to Dr Kambiz who I would never recommend!) Dr. Dole cares. I check in with him once a year to touch base. Highly recommend Rx Artisans!

I have been a customer for over a year and can only say positive things. I use them for my compounded HRT. They have always responded quickly to my orders and make me feel like my prescription is a priority. Just want to let them and anyone looking for a compounding pharmacy to know that I appreciate and notice their attention.
