Soak & Sage - A Social Wellness Spa

I absolutely loved my experience at Soak & Sage!!! I honestly think this is one of the best spa places in the Seattle area. Most of the spas I’ve been to before felt quite old and outdated, but this place is on a completely new level: very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I especially loved that they have several different saunas and a cold plunge, it’s amazing to have so many options in one place. You can really tell how thoughtfully the space is planned and how well everything is organized. The atmosphere is calm, fresh, and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful super welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. I also really appreciated being able to enjoy tea during the spa experience - it made the whole visit feel even more relaxing and special. Highly recommended👌I will definitely be coming back soon, probably for a massage or other treatments!!!!

Such a cool space🤩 The cold plunge is super cold and at the right temperature, just how I expected it to be. The saunas and steam room were also at the perfect temperature. And i’d have to say, my favorite part was probably the hot tub. On top of all the amenities they offer, they have so many interesting products for sale! I would highly recommend coming to check them out👏🏼

This is the best spa ever! I feel super relaxed, and I really enjoyed the saunas, cold plunge, hot tub, and steam room. They also have these aromatherapies for use that add a nice touch during your experience. I would definitely come back again!!

This place was 10/10. They had everything you could think of cool towels, regular towels, warm towels, snowballs (ice to rub on your body), scents to smell, a hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna. The whole staff was amazing. Mikaela gave the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to come back again. My body feels the best it ever has. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how zen we felt on the way home.

Amazing spa experience! This spa is absolutely wonderful. There is a great variety of saunas and steam rooms. all different, clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, perfect for switching off and recharging. Highly recommend this place to everyone who wants real relaxation!
