Spring Creek Pharmacy

This Pharmacy was at one point my “go-to” place for my medications. Their customer service made the premium pricing worth every penny but now it’s the hardest place to get a refill at. Aside from the complete chaotic atmosphere I have caught them in flat out lies. They have made me waste my entire day waiting on a medication several times and today was the last time. I called early and was told to wait an hour or two and then to go pick it up. Well that’s what I did and as soon as I arrive they tell me they cannot refill it. When I told them they not only wasted my time but they lied to me they denied that they told me to come in an hour. Basically calling me a liar. I’ve also caught them telling me something is out of stock and then have a friend call and they tell them it’s in stock. This is a sketchy place and shouldn’t be operating as a pharmacy. I am a forgiving person but I take the lying very personal and it doesn’t help they don’t keep their word or respect other people’s time. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I will never spend another dollar here and I suggest you stay away from this type of business. It’s clear they’re in the business for the money and have some shady business going on.

I am a fairly new customer with Spring Creek Pharmacy, my Dr. recommended this pharmacy when they were at their previous location in Plano. The Pharmacist and staff really make the difference at Spring Creek Pharmacy. The pharmacy can get busy, however they ALWAYS take the time to give me their full attention as a customer (always taking the time help me with my inquiries on the phone or in person). This location is a bit farther than I’m used to driving but its 100% worth it because of the value they give me as the customer. Keep up the good work Spring Creek Pharmacy!

Originally I had given these guys a bad review, but it turns out they had done everything they could do in an expeditious and professional manner. The problem I had was with UPS, who couldn't be less apologetic for the delays they caused. Spring Creek had sent this delivery out overnight, as should have been the case, but UPS treated it almost like ground transport and introduced two delays of their own. I'd still recommend Fed Ex, but that's another matter entirely. Thank you, Vy of Spring Creek Pharmacy for your call back and the full explanation of events. Your service was excellent. .

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. I received my medication via mail and the vial was broken at the bottom with some of the medication leaked out. Pretty sure something happened during shipping. This is the first time this has happened and I’ve received medication through the mail before. I called as soon as I received the medication. The first pharmacist tells me to send a close up picture with a condescending tone, which I send the same day. She tells me after I send the picture, I will receive a replacement. However, she never reach back out to me after I sent the picture and instead I’ve had to constantly call them 3 times in one day. People have been giving me different information. I’m basically hounding the pharmacy for a replacement for a medication I paid for out of pocket!!! After I finally contact a pharmacist, they question where the vial is broken even though you can clearly see it in the picture. So after asking me a multitude of questions, which I answer he tells me he’ll MAYBE send me a replacement today or tomorrow or Monday. That’s 3 different days, so now I’ll be out of medication for a week before I receive a replacement. And I’m sure I’ll have to continue to call and check on the replacement because they’re consistently pushing me off even though I’ve bought medication from them 2 times before. This is extremely frustrating and bad for my health, I’m very disappointed because I liked this pharmacy before I had this issue.

Called to get a status on my prescription this morning around 9:30. No greeting just “I am too busy you need to call back in 10 minutes” and hung up. This pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with and they love to point fingers at anyone but themselves. If you’re able to, send your meds elsewhere.
