My initial interaction with NP Tara Herndon gave me confidence in her abilities. She seemed attentive and trustworthy, and I felt optimistic to move forward with my HRT care. Unfortunately, the second treatment marked the point where my trust in her professional guidance started to diminish. Despite my reaching out expressing concerns about my lab results, I received no professional feedback, guidance or even a basic acknowledgment. Being ignored in a situation where I was genuinely seeking help felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that providers are busy, but communication and responsiveness-especially when it involves a patient's health-are essential. Unfortunately, this experience eroded the trust and left me feeling overlooked and unsupported.

Dr.Bill is the best chiropractor in Jacksonville. The staff is attentive amd professional, cannot recommend enough!
