St. Louis Hills Pharmacy

These guys are so nice and so quick. Their phone system is so nice and easy to use to check status etc., there was no line at lunchtime on a Friday and they don’t close for lunch, and they had my prescription ready that I had literally requested just a few hours ago this morning from my doctor’s office. I am so glad we switched to local!!!!

I used to love this pharmacy and the staff started off kind and efficient, but over the past year my experience has significantly changed. I am big on supporting local business' so it is disappointing having to change pharmacies after going here for several years now. The pharmacist and owner, Tyler is incredibly rude and has often tried to dictate how my medication should be taken, totally undermining my doctor. Every month he gave me the runaround for filling a specific medication that can only be filled every 28 days. There have been times I discussed with my doctor to pick up earlier every so often for travel plans, etc., each time Tyler refused without any actual explanation other than "I'm not filling it" followed by obvious judgement of the particular medication and a bad attitude. They have also refilled other medications without my request, leaving me with more than I need. For whatever reason sometimes my insurance would go through and then there were other times I had to pay out of pocket and I wasn't ever sure why because no explanation was given and it seemed they were just looking for an extra profit. Staff turnover has been noticeable, and what used to be quick now often involves long waits, sometimes close to an hour, even after leaving urgent care. It seems they need to bring the focus back to the patients and not focus so much on the profit. Also please fix that parking lot someone could really mess up their tires at the entrance. I've since switched to another local pharmacy that has no issue being kind and making extra calls to insurance, doctor's office, etc., if needed.

By far the best pharmacy in STL! Pharmacist and all staff members are always so helpful with questions or insurance issues. Delivery to my home means I never miss a dose which helps my overall health greatly. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone :)

Amazing service they are very very nice. They take my insurance and I'm going to switch over from the chain pharmacy because they're never open they always keep closing so I'm going to switch over to local pharmacy and stick with these folks.

I recently transferred multiple prescriptions to St. Louis Hills Pharmacy after experiencing ongoing issues with another pharmacy. I’m very pleased with the switch. The team at St. Louis Hills Pharmacy has been easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and consistently prompt in filling my prescriptions. I truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability.
