Synchrony Pharmacy - Indianapolis

Mom was on hospice and they billed me for drugs that should have been billed to hospice. Calling their billing department to straighten this out results in endless holds with no one ever answering. They should have negative stars for customer service and billing.

Working in healthcare for 28 years I can say this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. They lie and say they will deliver medications ect. And then you have to call multiple days to actually get the medications you are told they will send.

Terrible force you to pay and you already have free prescription coverage for life elsewhere,Corporate greed.
