SynergenX Northwest San Antonio | Hormone Health & TRT Clinic

Definitely not my favorite location. I travel a lot so I’ve been to 6 or 7 of them for my regular hormone therapy and they are all freaking great. I switched to an injection so the process changed and this location has a convenient appointment. The two that assisted me were super unhelpful and the guy didn’t seem to care to find me an answer for something we were both unclear on. I’ll avoid this one when I’m in town.

The clinic staff is awesome. Every time I walk in, Natalie and Beca always greet me and make me feel welcomed! The providers are very friendly and always answers my questions! This is my favorite clinic!

This place Isn’t the same anymore at all, new MA’s and an MA that works the front desk her name Is Rebeca ( Beca ) doesn’t know anything about the front at all. She always watching movies and on her phone texting. Not to mention, she doesn’t even greet her patients when they walk In. Tried to ask her a question and she didn’t even know the answer to It. She said “ I’m filling In!” Why would you have people working the front when they don’t know what there doing. Let me tell you, my husband goes here and complains to me all the time about her. He mentioned to me when the other front girl name Sondra was working, he didn’t have a problem coming here because he said she was the one that made the clinic happy. He said Sondra knew who he was, always answer his questions or concerns and most importantly she was always bubbly and happy. Can you tell me where she went? We would like to go follow her? This clinic Isn’t the same atmosphere that all with out her!
