Dr Secil is so funny! I had a great first experience, everyone is professional, the office is well stocked and CLEAN! Jayla is so knowledgeable and patient, her customer service is wonderful. I can’t wait until my next session!!

Originally, I was charged $30 for a down payment that I thought was for the fat loss injections for my neck area (which is what was advertised) when I got there and signed in, was asked to pay $79 upfront before my service. Once checked in there was about a 30 minute wait, mind you I had a scheduled appointment. Once I was brought back, the doctor, who is also the owner of the business, kept trying to sell me services and products instead of making me feel comfortable and welcome as a new client. When I finally buckled down after repeating my disdain for any additional services (all of which were thousands of dollars, which she kept pushing for a $500 deposit) and stood firm on my decision to just get the injections in my chin, she proceeded to leave the room, mid conversation, and come back with a syringe. Before I could ask more questions or verify what services that were happening, she asked for my arm instead of prepping for the chin injections, and without gloves, she injected what I believe to be B12 in my arm and then sent me on my way. I didn’t feel comfortable and the whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

I’ve been getting waxed by Jayla for a long time, but my best friend bought me a hydrating facial from her today! It was relaxing and amazing, and my skin is glowing even in the winter. Jayla is also an amazing waxer and will get every little hair. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Secil is amazing! She walked me through my blood work step by step and explained everything. She even gave me more direct options for issues I am having. All of the staff was nice too. I am happy with my PCP choice.

Disappointed. I booked online for the $97 special. Once I got there, I was told it would be $5,000 to see results and the $97 was to “get me in the door…” I feel that was not transparent at all, as the person I was messaging said I would have results, sent photos, and answered questions like this would be a great treatment option. In the appointment, I was told I have too much submental fat to show any results with the purchased plan. I felt pressured to try to spend $5k on the spot and it was similar to a car salesman interaction versus a medical spa. I also purchased the coupon through “Mirrored Aesthetics” but the clinic name is “Health and Wellness Center.” False advertisement. Do not recommend.
