I treated myself to a vampire facelift for my 50th birthday, and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Runnels and the team at Scarlett Phoenix. Dr. Runnels and I had a thorough consultation prior to my appointment so I new what to expect in terms of procedure and pricing. There were no surprises--except to say that the experience was pain-free, and the results were so amazing I cried. No over-filled, overdone results. Just a refreshed, lifted appearance. I would highly recommend Dr. Runnels and her professional, personable staff.

Dr. Runnels is absolutely one of the best doctors I’ve seen in a long time. And I have worked in the medical profession for the past 26 years. She spends time on understanding your situation and developing a customized treatment plan. Managed care and insurance companies have changed medical care into a “conveyor belt” approach to seeing patients but Dr Runnels provides the doctor/patient relationship that allows her to give you the best treatment strategy instead of just another pill or referral to get you out the door. And Angie was so knowledgeable about the procedures and extremely caring! What a refreshing experience! I will definitely incorporate Dr Runnels into my healthcare!

Dr. Runnels and Angie are absolutely amazing!! I was honestly apprehensive to receive my first procedure; fear of the unknown. However, once you walk in the door that all leaves! They are both very professional yet down to earth -makes me feel so at ease. I drive almost 2 hours for my appointments and it’s worth every second. Cannot say enough good things about them.

My new home for all my dermatology, cosmetic, hormonal, and wellness needs. Dr. Runnels is meticulous with her procedures..more of a perfectionist and truly does take her time with each patient. I was impressed when I visited her the first time, we sat down and discussed my health history indepth, she listened to me on my specific issues, wants and needs. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. A one stop shop for all your wellness needs for both men and Women! 5 stars all the way!!

Loved this place from the moment I made my appointment over the phone! I have felt so comfortable the last three times I’ve been there. Never once felt rushed or like I was at a regular doctors office. Dr. Alex truly cares about her patients and their needs and it shows! Highly highly highly recommend! I wish she could be everything doctor!! Angie, is the sweetest ever too and makes you feel like a friend and not just another patient!
