It’s been a very disappointing experience to say the least. This place practices deceptive sales strategies from the start of the initial consultation. “Dr. Williams” is more of a used car salesman than a doctor. I was quoted $4500 for an esthetic procedure but if I moved forward within 48 hours it would be $4000. The office manager at first was great to work with, she was able to better explain the procedure without trying to sell me the kitchen sink unlike salesman Williams. I expressed my desire to get other quotes, she asked me to call her if I received a lower priced quote. Well I did, $2,800 for the same procedure, for ethical purposes I will not mention them on this review. I contacted her and after going over the pricing the office manager said she could do $3000. I agreed and scheduled the procedure. I came in today for the procedure and guess what? It was still at $4,000. After questioning the price change, the office manager stated that the lowest she could go was $3,500. The conclusion is I did not move forward since I was clearly deceived by getting a lower priced quote to gain my business to then try to charge the full amount. I am considering filing a scam report with BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Our experience at this office has been heartbreaking. My daughter received a treatment here that burned her and left noticeable discoloration on her skin—something that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. The employee responsible showed clear negligence, and yet there has been no real accountability from the office. The most painful part? Watching my daughter cry on a days meant to celebrate her future—prom, senior college shirt day—because she had to cover up with long sleeves out of unsightly burns. She now has to change how she dresses (long sleeve with San Antonio heat), limit her sun exposure, and manage the emotional toll of this outcome. To be fair, the office did refund our full payment, but that doesn’t undo the emotional and physical impact on my daughter. At our follow-up, we were given only basic instructions (hydrocortisone and sunscreen), even though the office offers services that could help with discoloration. There was no plan, no acknowledgment of fault, and no effort to make things right. It was just - “the arm had more heat. I am sorry. It will go away but will take a long time. 4-6 weeks”. No date established to follow up or to monitor frequently. Nada. Just washed their hands from it. I chose this office based on glowing reviews and a personal recommendation, but I hope sharing our story helps others ask deeper questions before trusting their care here. Patients deserve better than to be left with the consequences of someone else’s mistakes.

Dr Williams, and his family of Wellness providers are all wonderful professionals that are focused on helping their patients be the best that they can be. The anti aging treatments have improved my life significantly!!! I look and feel younger and the test results are the proof that the program really does work. I have lost 30 lbs, gotten rid of my cholesterol medicine, have a sex drive similar to my 20's and I am 56 years old!!!
