Thrifty Pharmacy OKC

This is absolutely the only pharmacy I will use! Skip those chain pharmacy like CVS and Walgreens. This place has them beat hands down. Best customer service anywhere!

She, being the owner (Dani) didn’t want to fill two of my prescriptions. First, she didn’t have them in stock and she could order them and I was told that in the pharmacy. She calls me later that day and says she can’t fill these two prescriptions because they were too much She kept arguing with me. She kept saying I hadn’t reached my deductible, my insurance doesn’t have a deductible.not and she didn’t want to invest in them because of my deductible. I I DINT HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE! She was afraid I couldn’t pay the co-pay. She told me what it was and took money out of purse and said will cover co-pay? I have the best insurance anybody wants but that’s not the point if you look at Pictures online almost every picture says she is so passionate. I guess she’s passionate about sending people away. What’s her definition of passionate? I understand why people go there because of convenience she is extremely rude. My question is why is she passionate about? She works in customer service and last time I checked, you need to be passionate about what you do.

You guys like to hand out expired medicines you refuse to give me my money back and you gave me some stupid story about it was a misprint. You have no respect for people’s lives and I’m posting this about the Oklahoma City location not Chicago and on top of that you guys overcharge for your medication’s

This pharmacy has been a problem for over 15 years and nothing has changed. I had a bad exp 15 yrs ago and thought I would give them another try since I need a compound med. They are one of the few compounding pharmacies in the metro area and they abuse that position by treating customers with complete disrespect. The pharmacist I spoke to today 8/15/25 was dismissive, unprofessional, and flat-out rude despite my efforts to be polite. When she told me she couldn’t fill my prescription, I calmly said, ‘Okay, thank you very much,’ and she hung up on me. This is not just bad customer service it’s arrogance and entitlement. They clearly have no regard for the people who depend on them. If you have any other option, take your business elsewhere.

What Taco said is true I went there to get my dogs prescription for a tumor she has and the same thing happened to me they gave me expired meds and refused to give me my money back on top of that they charged me 120$ when MEDIC PHARMACY charged 90$ don’t waste your time here don’t put your loved ones at risk they truly have no respect for people
