Well Care Pharmacy Long Term Care

I arrived after hours so they tell you to call when you get there and they walk out the prescription to you. Took 15 minutes waiting then got home, only to see that then saying that I had 4 of prescriptions to pick up and the bag only having 3 of my medications in it was rather annoying but now I know to open the bag and check before leaving but it turned out the med needed pa approved still and never was ready.

They were prompt and helpful

They have been my pharmacy for 7 years or so and the service has been nothing less than spectacular. The entire staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make things easier- follow-up on prior authorizations sbd check to see if a prescription you are awaiting has come in yet, then fill it. Furthermore, they deliver at no additional charge! They give you a couple of windows ( 3 hour block ) as to which you’d like you’re delivery in so that you aren’t stuck around waiting fir a routine med to arrive. Rarely are tge out of meds, abd then, they get them the next day. Delivery is always on-time and polite and give you the courtesy of a call within 15 minutes of arrival so you don’t miss them. They are very flexible in accommodating their patients needs and care about their patients in a way that is rarely seen. I can’t say enough great things about tgrm exceot to say it’s been a sheer pleasure having them as my pharmacy and look forward to being a customer for many years to come.
