Alive and Well

I visited this spa for the first time and spent $465 on services. While the treatments themselves were fine, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of orientation for first-time guests. As a new visitor, I was not given a tour or explanation of what was available to me. I had no idea there was a women’s changing room with lockers, an outdoor seating area, or even a space to enjoy coffee and tea. These are details that would have enhanced my experience and, from a business perspective, even created opportunities for upselling additional services. When I respectfully shared this feedback at the front desk, I found the response dismissive rather than receptive. For a spa at this price point, I expected a much higher level of hospitality, attentiveness, and guest care as that’s been my experience at spa’s in the past. I do believe that with more focus on welcoming and orienting first-time clients, the experience could be vastly improved. I do hope the General Manager Briana will be receptive to implement a process that onboards first time guests in order to generate long term clients and increased revenue for the business. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I left feeling underwhelmed and unlikely to return.

Outstanding Experience and Exceptional Care I recently visited Alive+Well for hyperbaric chamber therapy following a facelift, and my experience was exceptional!The entire team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients’ well-being. The technicians were highly skilled, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout every session. The staff as a whole were incredibly helpful and accommodating—always welcoming, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to make scheduling and treatment seamless and stress-free. The facility itself is pristine, beautifully designed, and creates an inviting and calming atmosphere the moment you walk in. It’s clear that every detail—from cleanliness to ambiance—has been thoughtfully considered to promote relaxation and healing. I’m so grateful for the care I received at Alive+Well and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality, science-based wellness therapies in a truly supportive environment. Thank you!

This place is absolutely stunning. I booked a deep massage with Mia Lucky, and it did not disappoint. She used enough pressure to get all the knots out of my back. I will definitely be back, they have so much to offer.

Finding a good massage place has been a real challenge to me. So happy I tried this place! The atmosphere is very inviting, everyone is extremely nice and helpful, the view on Katy Trail from Lounge area is beautiful. I’m sure all therapists here are great, but I got a massage from Sarah Sydor and really loved it. Will definitely go back!

The staff is so helpful, I really enjoyed my day full of relaxation here. Look forward to coming here after a day at Katy Trail or Pilates at O2 in the near future. Love how plush the robes are as well.
