I am not sure what the concierge payment covered. Never met the actual doctor in 1 1/2 years of treatment. Was double billed several months, and had a hard time getting anyone to help with it. Finally had to leave the program. The nurse Melissa Lang was fantastic. The rest of the place was not.

My experience with Dr. Casad’s practice has been pleasant from the beginning of setting it up until the procedure I went to have it done. I felt very comfortable talking to Chandra when I was telling her what I was hoping to have. She went into detail telling me the ins and outs of the procedure and what I need to expect. She didn’t sugar coat anything but even explained that the worst parts of it but nothing has still not been unbearable. I had the procedure and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff that helped prepare me. Dr. Casad was amazing as well. She answered additional questions that I had come up. She was able to provide me the info I needed and put any concerns I had behind me. We were able to talk about many things as she worked on me. I appreciated info that she gave me with some that didn’t even relate to what I was having done. She is a wealth of knowledge. The procedure itself was not bad at all. I am home and have experienced all the things I was told to look out for and feel very prepared. Everything has been good so far. I have had several surgeries and procedures over the last 7 yrs but this is my best experience of all of them. . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I go in for photo facial. The office staff is always attentive and sensitive to my needs. Annie always does a great job with my treatment which is why I continue to return. When asked she usually has additional treatment suggestions to improve my appearance. I never feel like I'm being up-sold or being persuaded to try something that is not appropriate or that she cannot recommend with confidence. Annie successfully got my kids through what could have been some pretty grim acne years without her help. Dr, Casad is a warm and competent practitioner.

This is the absolute best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office in my life! I was especially nervous finding a new gyn doctor as I am new to the area. I came to Melissa Lang and was blown away by her calm presence and kind personality. I would drive HOURS to see a doctor like her. So thankful that I found her and all the staff. A perfect experience.

Melissa Lang, Nurse Practitioner is who I see on a regular basis. She is just phenomenal, always very caring and helpful when I have questions. She went out of her way to follow up with me after a procedure and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I am always blown away by their ease with patients and continual customer care. Thank you, thank you!
