How did I not know this pharmacy existed? It is certainly a hidden gem in Franklin. Great customer service, selection and prices. Thank you!

Edit to respond to owner: yes, I failed to take the top off BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T TELL ME I NEEDED TO. For anyone reading, this guy wasn't pleasant when I came back. He was sinister and weird and I almost went and got a new prescription. There are MUCH better compounding pharmacies out there. This one is not worth your time or money. Don't recommend. I wasn't given proper instructions for a medication dispenser and it needed to be replaced. The owner (?) or pharmacist (?) I dealt with to get a replacement attempted to tell me that he did give me the right instructions, that it was my fault and that I would have to pay for it again. I refused and wasn't charged but I felt very uncomfortable using the second one as the person I dealt with was so rude and angry about the transaction. Odd behavior when I came back in to pick up the replacement. This was my first time at this pharmacy and I will not be returning. Read the other negative reviews - there are much better options in the area.

Absolute and complete rude , aggressive a--holes more than once to me and my wife. They are a compounding pharmacy so the hospital and medical offices nearby always use them, but my honest experience is that they do NOT deserve your business, and God help you if you need to return something or any issue dealt with. They just want your money and for not one ounce of decent customer service. I will drive as far as it takes to avoid doing business with them ever again. If I could give them NO stars I would.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. I had to switch to them about a year ago due to the shortage on Nature Throid. They have always had the dosage that I need. Always mail my script to me & it's always here within 3 days from the time I call it in. They are always nice to me on the phone any time I call them. So glad I found them. I can't do without my thyroid meds. Thanks Allenhill
