DCA Pharmacy

I see the amazing effort the pharmacy has done to accommodate pick up customers. The service is always so kind and each customer is given undivided attention. People need to realize this isn’t a typical retail pharmacy. Staff and especially pharmacists have always been so kind and professional.

This pharmacy is poorly managed and run like others have said. There is always a long line and it’s chaotic in there. They never fill scripts in a timely manner. I always have to call and/or stop by multiple times to get mine filled with different excuses and promises to get it filled. I have waited a couple of weeks on more than one occasion. Very frustrating! The last time I tried to get one filled my doctor finally called it into another pharmacy. After a couple of months I received my script in the mail and my cc card was charged without my authorization. When I called they told me they could not refund me the money. The lady at the front desk is sweet, but often seems frustrated as well with how things are ran. There is another compounding pharmacy close to this one that has MUCH BETTER customer service.

I have always had good service. I started in my injections and it was working. I had to stop and when I restarted, it doesn’t seem to have to potency it did before. I have not had success with doing the same thing I was before. Not sure if my vial got diluted or not. I am trying to decide if I want to find a new provider or try one last vial.

I love this pharmacy and truly don’t understand the negative reviews since I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. They do get busy but I have never had an excessive phone wait. They always have my script in stock and I enjoy their new text system to finalize your prescription order and I enjoy. It is best to plan ahead at any pharmacy these days or go on unpopular times but they truly do a great job answering my questions about self injections for a first timer! They had a bad batch of my compound a few months ago and they dumped the supplier and were apologetic, responsive, communicative, and kind about it. They run great prices. I’m telling my mom to join them since they have been so good to me. Thanks for what yall do!

Excellent service. They were very helpful in explaining my medication and encouraging me not to worry. Things went great. I will be ordering my refills with them. Nice sweet people.
