Apotheco Pharmacy Charlotte

A guy called me from this pharmacy indicating that he needed a payment for my prescription, because my insurance needed prior authorization. I told him that I had already checked out and he said he didn't have it. I proceeded to tell him that it was paid for already with a zero copay. He said he did not receive the payment, which was zero, and said he needed preauthorization for me to get it. I had to record the individual because of his rudeness and yelling. He was very rude and told me to go ahead and record and was laughing. I asked to speak to someone else, and they said we are sorry we had to inform you about insurance changes, but it looks like you paid it already. This is what I was telling them, when they were being rude. I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and a half, due to my insurance, and have never had anybody to call me to check out, because I could do it online. The worst customer service ever!!!

Filling a script here is super quick and easy! Shipping is also super fast. Received a text message as soon as my script was sent in and received it two days later. Its even easier that using my CVS app

Every month it is a pain to get my script filled. Today I received two messages and one canceled my order. I was told to call. I called and I still have no idea if it will be filled. Then the person hung up on me when I said how frustrating it was trying to get my script filled. I sent a request to move this script to another pharmacy. It doesn't have to be this hard!!
