It really makes a difference when someone greets you at the counter — just a simple hello or polite acknowledgment goes a long way. When that doesn’t happen, it can feel uncomfortable, and you can’t help but wish it were different. In many other countries, it’s actually customary to greet people, and it’s considered rude not to. So if there’s one area where the Monroe Road location could improve, it’s customer service. Even if staff are busy, a quick acknowledgment to let customers know they’ve been seen would make a big difference.

Got there at closing time and the girls stayed there and filled my order thank you for professional service. Samantha ,, sandy, lady, Melissa, Yesenia, Evelyn, y’all are the best Jody Viverette.

This place is amazing. I severely injured my leg and needed a walker. I must have called nearly every medical supplies company on my insurance in-network list but I wish I had called Avant first. One of the biggest reasons this is a five star pharmacy/supplies company is because they directly bill insurance. I found no other place in Charlotte that did this. They all wanted me to pay for the equipment myself and then get a reimbursement from insurance. Talk about a hassle and risky proposition if the insurance decided not to cover it. Another thing they did is pre-order the walker even before they received the prescription from my doctor so that it would be ready as soon as possible. They took the time and effort to assemble the walker and adjust it to my height. They also delivered it to my front door, something that was imperative for me since I couldn't walk anywhere and couldn't get to their store. Not every place I called would deliver like this. The pharmacists who answered the phone were very prompt and courteous and Samantha, the durable medical equipment coordinator, was an incredibly helpful and conscientious person. She even called my doctor directly to encourage him to speed up the prescription process because I had been waiting for over a week. If anyone ever needs durable medical equipment your first call should be Avant Pharmacy.

I just wanted to make it known that even during the busy Holiday season, I have always had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from the team at Avant pharmacy! I'm so thankful for their friendly, respectful, and helpful staff, and the above and beyond service from a specific employee, Kent. Thanks for everything you do to make sure that I have no issues with my prescriptions and I will always love your family-like feel!

The pharmacist recommended this product. I was having dizziness and vertigo because I was extremely dehydrated. I thought I was going to throw up but managed to drink about one and half of these down. Felt 100% back to normal after that. These would be perfect for hangovers! Lol.
